“We received a competitive quote using recognised high quality components (Worcester boiler, Delonghi radiators, Drayton thermostatic valves and controls). Up stairs many radiators were resized, to ensure adequate temperatures in the bedroom and the bathroom. We were notified a week in advance of the work commencing to a date we had chosen. The heating engineer arrived to the minute on the day notified and all the equipment was delivered within an hour of commencing the work. The engineers professional practices and hard work meant that just three days later, all works were completed with only some minor making good to the internal walls by the old boiler mounting and the external brickwork were outstanding. The engineer worked with dust sheets and in a manner that minimised the disruption and any potential for mess. We are absolutely delighted at the service that we have received.
